For the past 5 years I have been a proud owner of Geico insurance, ever since I started driving I have been insured with Geico and they have been providing me with excellent customer service, I feel like they care for my good being and they care about their good reputation.
I have been thru a lot of situations in where I would need help from my insurance company and with other companies that I have had in the past, I did not experience the good service that Geico has been. providing me now for years.

I was in an car accident a few years back and I really did not know what to do I was very nervous thinking how am I going to pay for the damages and how am I going to continue my daily routine without a vehicle and without transportation.
When I called Geico the representative was very understanding of the situation he was very professional and he even calmed me down and told me that everything was going to be fine. Now all that was happening while I was in the car, I had not gotten out of the car yet and he process all my information in a quick manner and then he went on to explain what I am entitled for and how Geico’s coverage function which in my case it was my full coverage.

He told me that I had nothing to worry about and that I would be back in a rental vehicle in less than 12 hours and he delivered, after the accident, two hours later I received a call saying that I could go to the nearest car rental facility to pick up my rental until the work on my vehicle and decide what they were going to do with it. I was very excited, I think that this is the service that everybody should receive from their insurance company specially after paying my quote monthly without getting in an accident.

After a few weeks the same representative called me and explained to me how much money I was entitled for and how to go about receiving the funds, he explained to me in detail what they had discussed, all the parties involved and every single consequence that can happen with each one of the options that I had available.

Up to this day I am so happy to be a proud Geico insurance owner, and the good thing about Geico is that they don’t only insure cars or motor vehicles they insure just about anything that you want insure from your house to your personal belongings, and you have the option to choose what coverage you want to have for each one of the items covered, so yo do not have to have the same policy on all of the items that you insure with Geico, you have the choice to choose, something that other companies do not offer.

I will really recommended Geico to anybody that wants to feel safe and know that there is somebody that will really care about your well being just In case that something happens, they will be there to answer and help you understand all of the steps necessary to achieve and receive everything that you are entitled for.
