What I like about this place apart from being near my office is the friendly staff. In the morning as I enter the door, the service crews are always greeting me and everyone who enters “Good Morning’. They are actually doing that in chorus especially in the early morning when there are no long queues that blocked their sights of the people who enter the door.

The whole eating place however is not really satisfactory especially the ground level because it is small and could not accommodate much people. This place is always occupied and there is no choice but go the second level which is quite tiring because the stairway is quite long. I always prefer to eat at the ground especially when I am in a hurry to finish my meal so that I could go back to my office immediately. However this ground level is not really a very private place because customers are too exposed and they could be easily disturbed by the long queues especially during lunch time. Well this is the nearest fast-food in this place so I don’t really wonder why people flock in this place during meal times. It is quite disappointing to queue and wait for long before being served but my preference is McDonald rather than the small food stalls around so I had to just patiently wait till I get served during lunch times.

The food served here are not all great however. The french fries are almost always too salty so that whenever I order my french fries, I had to remind the service crew to give me unsalted fries as much as possible. That takes longer time but I don’t mind for as long as I could be free from too much sodium. Their fried chicken has thick breading too. I don’t enjoy heavily coated chicken so I don’t really enjoy their chicken but I have no choice. Also their spaghetti is very sour. I never enjoy their spaghetti even for once so even if I do love spaghetti I have learned to totally avoid ordering McSpaghetti from this branch. Well I am not so fond of hamburgers because of the fatty aftertaste so I avoid ordering these stuffs too. I also don’t order their breakfast meals aside from pancake of course because all the rest are served with rice and processed meat. I am not fond of processed meat anyway. Other than that, all the other food items are enjoyable. I particularly like
their Chicken McNuggets with barbecue sauce. I so love this finger food together with French fries. Also their chicken burgers are great alternative for one like me who does not really enjoy hamburgers. I love to bite the crispy chicken in between the bun. The chocolate sundae is also one of my favorites here. I love it with fries too. The pancake and the hot chocolate make a good combination. I just hope they could add some more butter and maple syrup. And their hot chocolate tastes really, really great.
